Delivery of products and cost of transport.

The products are shipped only on working days, Monday to Friday. Products will be delivered at the latest on the 2nd day if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will do our best to deliver within 5-7 days. All products are carefully packed for product safety.

1. Delivery by SameDay courier:

The cost of this type of delivery starts from 16 lei (VAT included) for localities in the SameDay courier network.

2. Pick up from the premises:

You will be contacted by email/sms/telephone to arrange a date when the goods can be collected from the company’s premises.

Receipt of goods is the customer’s acceptance that the goods have arrived in good condition, and confirmation is the signature on the legal fiscal documents.

UNIOTEX SRL reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honoured for reasons beyond the control of UNIOTEX SRL, which include, but are not limited to: fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, strike, government action, war, terrorism, protest, riot, civil unrest or other impediments of force majeure or fortuitous event according to Romanian law. But, under these conditions, the buyer will be informed of this fact.
